Question Mr Gaffer sir!

I`ll be buying an SC46 Twin scroll of ya soon, and I`m just trying to work out the logistics of getting it fitted etc. Are these currently in stock? Do you still do the option of no exchange unit for an extra £150? Or if you need the old turbo first how long is the turnaround?

Sorry for all the questions!

Hi,

at the moment we are still exchanging housings, however watch this space as very, very soon that's all about to change. ;)

A whole new range of billet twin scrolls are about to under go testing. :Suspiciou

Cheers
Kev :D

Hi,

very simple. ;)

SC36 Billet twin scroll,

SC42 Billet twin scroll,

SC46 Billet twin scroll,

The main difference now is they come with a custom exhaust housing, no need for the old housing on an exchange basis. :thumb:

Testing soon, figures and pricing to follow. :D

cheers
Kev

Hi,

its no different just does away with the need for exchange housings. :thumb:

Before we release them for sale we will have to test them thoroughly. ;)

cheers

it was supposed to be fitted and mapped last week ,but i was told that am best of changing my injectors an ordered a set of Denso 750cc from the states. they should be here tomorrow so hope to have the turbo fitted by Friday and mapped over the weekend.

Will give you a tinkle when I get my results.

You decided which intercooler your going for?

Immy

Shaun 06 September 2011 06:28 PM

Hi,

quick update. ;)

Gt 30 Billet on a 2.1 stroked engine running straight "V" power as requested earlier in this epic thread. :D

Attachment 53310

And here it is with a 20% meth mix. :thumb:

http://i694.photobucket.com/albums/v...ethmixGT30.jpg

Not bad when you consider that a 2.1 stroker is just 5% more cc. :)

cheers
Kev

WhiteWagonMan 08 September 2011 07:08 PM

WOW:eek:...what a difference the 20% meth`s made, power and torque went through the roof, cant wait for a ride in this:D....PETE COME AND PICK ME UP.:thumb:

chrisdicko 08 September 2011 07:16 PM

Can't wait to get my new injectors in Kev and come back for a 20% map too :)

banny sti 08 September 2011 08:49 PM

Will pop down on Saturday Kev :)

FORGE MOTORSPORT IMPREZA TD05 W/G ACTUATOR...???

Kev, need your advice.

I've bought a Forge w/g act. (as per the title to this post). I want to change the spring but I'll be buggered if I can unscrew the hard metal spring retaining cap! Is there a special knack or something? (assuming, of course, that it's not cross-threaded)...

Cheers

Shaun 08 September 2011 09:09 PM

That will teach you not to get a "proper" actuator! :D
