Never been on the car. Won't fit my coilovers and not needed as I can get enough negative camber without them.

I think they would as I recall seeing that setup someplace...
Most coilovers would come with just the struts/springs and bolt in through the centre of the top-mount - using the OE top mounts. These would obviously replace them.
