The early classics (pre 96) have a different gear lever to the later ones, which one is it for?
The later ones have the bearing on the shaft, whereas the earlier ones have the bearing on the rod from the gearbox.

This was fitted to my MY94WRX, but I don't remember Subaru asking for the MY when I bought it. It is a complete replacement gear linkage and shaft, so I would have thought it *should* fit any classic 5 speed box, but I may be wrong.
