For sale, best offer :-
1 ScoobyECU board, with 2 27S512 chips onboard with a working, standard Japanese STI Version 1 map on board, taken from my car recently. Board works fine, and obviously allows for remapping an early classic Impreza.
1 Classic Impreza UK ECU, model 6D. Comes with a spare socket which allows the ScoobyECU board to be plugged in : J1 link HAS BEEN CUT, MEANING THIS BOARD WILL CURRENTLY ONLY RUN OFF THE SPARE SOCKET . Re-connecting the link will allow the standard, UK map to run.
Preference to sell as a pair, looking for best offers over £100 for the pair. PM or email me.

Just to clarify :-
- The map was taken from a japanese STI Version 1. The car was run on 100 RON fuel (ie. 98 SUL + boosters). The map for these car's is quite aggresive, and I wouldn't recommend it for a UK car, or even a jap car with a weak fuelling/ignition system.
- On my car, with a decat and near-brand new ignition system (including performance fuel pump), the car was regularly producing 289 BHP / 279 LB torque. The car was peaking at 1.3 bar, which is basically the limits of the MAF on these early cars. On a different car, this map will almost certainly produce different results - buyer must be aware of this !
- The ECU is the 4 block, early ECU type.

A search on Scoobynet for ScoobyECU will answer more questions than I can : I can also suggest reading THIS THREAD as a start.

Best offer so far, £125 from Turbo Herbie - just to clarify (again!), anybody buying this is almost certainley going to want to change to map on board - I'm selling the hardware, the fact that there's a map on the chips is co-incidental.
I'm in no rush to sell this, so I'm prepared to wait for any better offers. Allegedly, one of these sold for £400 on Ebay not so long

The ones on ebay were sold by the guy who created the scoobyecu maps in the first place. They were just the chips and didnt include the board, but the chips were mapped for uk fuel and had "safe" maps running around 16 - 16.5 psi I think. They sold for around £420, but you wouldn't have had the hassle of arranging for them to be re-mapped, just getting a board/adaptor to fit them into your ecu. No he doesnt have any left, I've already asked!

Looks like I sold off those 27C1028 chips I had for too little then, doesn't it ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Unless there's any more offers, I'll be going with JDM_Wrx's offer of £150 - I'll keep it open until Wednesday night.
