Another item that's gathering dust in my loft so has to go, offers around £150 ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
It's never been fitted so is still in unpainted gelcoat white, you can fit your boot catch and hinges easily, the previous one i had, i didn't bother with the lock, just relied on the boot release but i reckon you can fit the lock too if needed. I think it's got a very small chip on the bottom corner, small bit of filler prior to spraying will sort it
Located in Derby (Midlands), prefer pick up only due to size and fragile nature

Hi Kev,
Do you know what the difference in weight between this and an OE part is?
I take it, its the standard underneath strengthening parts with a fibreglass skin?
cheers

No, the whole lot is fibreglass, weighs about 4-5 kilos from memory, you can lift it with one hand it's that light
standard is 12 kilos or something like that

Cheers for the info kev
Looks like them high level spoilers weigh alot then, unless RA's have ally boots and R's have steel ones?
Out of interest, where did you buy the fibre glass boot from? Do they do doors, bonnets etc?
Cheers

definitely not ally, maybe thinner sheet metal maybe, who knows
My mate Andy makes them, Immortal Performance her goes under, he's pretty much made everything for the impreza out of fibreglass
wouldn't recommend the doors without full rollcage, lack of cross beams and strength would be a concern if you had an off and the TA officials wouldn't pass it without rollcage behind them (not that i've asked you understand ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Hi Michael, sorry i didn't notice your reply
i'm not sure it would get there in one piece.
This needs to go soon so don't be surprised if you find it on ebay in the next day or so

Whats the fit like is it a one off or does he sell lots of them? Would it move about if it has a big spoiler fitted or would it be solid like a metal one?
cheers Jamie
