I'd say 16500 to 17000.
I paid 16500 for a 54 plate of the same car (MY05 with 19K miles) recently, but that was Subaru Approved from a main dealer. It was up for 16995, but I got 500 off for no PX.
Yours is newer with lower miles, but private cars tend to sell for a bit less than dealers, so I reckon about the same price.

I have forwarded this on to my brother in law as this pretty much meets all of his requirements for the car he is looking for, you could also put this thread in the cars for sale section, not the car parts section.
