Default Genuine Subaru STI lower lip spolier/splitter

For sale guys due to a change of heart with my next car purchase...

A genuine Subaru STI lower lip front bumper spoiler / splitter. This item is brand new and will only be removed from the packaging to take a photograph to aid its sale.

To give you an idea of the retail on this. Litchfield's sell them on their website for £351 undelivered. £390 also from your Subaru dealer. I'm asking £200 plus delivery for the spoiler to anywhere in the UK. Again totally brand new and genuine. (Not cheap copy). I'm sure everyone will agree that it looks amazing when fitted to your Impreza.

Will fit Impreza models 2006 and 2007 Sti I believe !!!!!

Subaru Part Number is ST960204S140

Grab a bargain guys !!!!

Conact rkelso@btinternet.com if interested !

Ricky !

Sorry for only getting back now guys. Decided at the last minute to head away on a 3 week holiday. Only home an hour ago. But anyway to the point !!!!!

I am ready to answer any questions.... so fire away ! As for the price I think thats very reasonable for a new genuine splitter. Can I ask where you could buy it cheaper ? If you can let me know I will lower the price but I'm already losing money from what I paid for it.

Regards !!!!!

Question

Are these splitters plastic or alu? I take it the fittings are exactly the same on a regular WRX as an Sti?

Hope this helps mate !

It will fit a wrx,

as my mate bought one from subaru, and the same part no came for the sti and wrx, the bumper is the same, just without fog light covers.

If its for a 2003-2005 car... then WRX and STi bumpers are different, so it wont fit both.

If its for a 2006-2007 car... then WRX and STi bumpers are the same, so it'll fit both.

Hope that helps...................

Cheers,
Grant

Scott Lowe's arent genuine Subaru though, they are an aftermarket copy. So its a little unfair to compare the two prices.....

Hi Sam,

If I'm being honest I have compared this to my own splitter on my 2005 Sti and the difference is so minimal I really wonder why Subaru even bothered to make two variants. So in all essence it probably would fit mate but having said that though the part number refers to the haweye car, and lets face it, there must have been a genuine reason for Subaru producing the two slightly different. So you would probably be better getting the front lip with the correct part number for your car. I believe the one you want is ST960204S080 whereas mine is ST960204S140 !!!!!

Hope this helps !

Sam,

I had the spoiler origionally advertised at £275 plus delivery actually, and considering they are £390 from subaru I thought it was a bargain. But for what ever reason (xmas etc) it simply didnt sell and I just want rid of it. I therefore changed the price to £200 plus delivery. So that is the rock bottom if you want it mate. Copies of the same splitter are available as stated for just under £200 so a genuine one for a few quid more is a genuine bargain !!!!

The only difference I can see between the two is in the 8 or 9 inches from the two ends. The outline shape and mounting holes of the lips are identical but the actual profile of the plastic at the two ends are different. Its not even a real noticable difference because when I held the two together it took me a minute to spot the difference. I can if necessary unwrap and unbox the lip again and take a picture of the two together but as its a curved profile thats different I'm not sure you'd actually see much on the photo.

This probably doesnt really answer your question very well mate but its the best way I can put it.

Again any interest please reply to rkelso@btinternet.com

Thanks again !

Ricky.
