What is the sound quality from the unit like and is it fully Bluetooth phone enabled with ability to update phone types it recognises.

I asked that in the other thread running on this, dont think the seller knows as he stated that it worked on ipods

but Iphones and late ipod touch's run differant charging pins then earlier ipods

Ahh ok thanks, I'm more interested in wether it works with iphone 3gs for bluetooth as the head unit I have in at the moment is compatible with iphones for the bluetooth but apparently not with my 3gs so am having to look at getting a handsfree kit installed unless i can find an alternative stereo unit.

I've never installed the unit, so I don't know about the sound quality. Most systems these days are reasonable I guess. I'm actually not sure what you're asking with regards to bluetooth. The bluetooth standard should work regardless of what model the phone is.
