V4 Sti (Black) - Gauging Interest
Looks like im pretty much on the property ladder, so the scoob might have to go, at the right price.
Its a late 97 STi (MY98 version 4)
I'll confirm all the details later, but its a black R plate, with a nice WRX number plate, and about 45k miles from memory.
Outside:
P1 lip spoiler from DRMotorsport
17" StilAuto's with Michelin Pilot Sports, 4mm all round
Scoobymania backbox
Few minor pin dents, and some minor scratches - about £150 to get undented. Its black, so it looks worse than it is. I wont say its perfect, as most people seem to
Inside:
STi boost gauge
Autostyle mats
Other bits:
Tracker (lifetime subscription needs transferring)
Cat 1 alarm / immob
All usual STi bits, such as 280 bhp "red" manifold engine, elec folding mirrors, STi seats etc etc.
Always been run on Opti/SUL and booster
Imported by NewEra in 1999 by RichB
I bought it off him about 8 months ago, and loved every second of it
Anyone after one?

Thankyou,
Dont want to sell it
Would say offers close to £11k for starters.
Miles are 66200, but 36k of that are in km's (documented and pictured) so its 55200 miles total.
I need to get a new engine bay pic, its been sparkly clean for a while
Also has a turbo timer and Goodridge brake hoses.

From recent history on here, and a search on the trader, I haven't seen one under £9.5k.
Seen quite a few "replicas" being titled as STi's though

Ta, RAF - depends on the area too. And a lot are dogs!
Could I ask for no more comments on price etc please, just to keep it on topic.
Also has STi / Lamco boost gauge!

Its a shame you have to sell yer scooby. I sold mine a year ago after spending 4k on it and going skint. "However", with a new job and good money it wont be long till i'm back owning one again. I just miss that flat four sound too much. Dont sell it mate, it will bring tears to your eyes when you see it getting driven away!!!!
If you have to make sure you at least get a good price
Good luck

Thanks IOM
Steppers, I would have thought that was obvious much cheaper to run and insure, and some change from mine to boot. As it happens, im not after a 172 now.
