Talking STI8 PPP Type UK with NEW BLOCK £19K OVNO REDUCED!!!!

This car is superb. Regd March 2003 and fully loaded with tasteful upgrades. She's just coming up to 32,000 miles and has had the major service plus new pads all round and new tyres on front. Also, new block fitted and being run in at the moment so 1000 mile oil change due. The price has been reduced and with the major service included, there's a bargain for someone to be had. Garaged day and night and never on a track. Swissolled from new and cared for by a self confessed "anorak" !!

Looking good Jerome, no joy yet then.... I just wish I had the cash, or the means to pay back the cash would do......

No real bites yet Ron. Everyone has their own car to sell unfortunately. However, we'll see if this flushes out any interest!!

Cheers

It's going to feel sedate, relaxed and worry free. Twice the MPG. No concerns over dents or kids making a mess. Yep, Pipe & Slippers for me and care free motoring!!

Then I'll see if the novelty factor is still there after 6 months!

Thanks for the support guys!!! I know I'll miss it but I can also say "Been there Done That".

30K service completed last Friday and two new GSD3s going on next week. At this rate of spending I might just hang onto her for another while??

Nice looking car. Good luck with the sale.

Which Swissol do you use? That's a very clean looking car.

It is the blue wax - can't remember the exact type as just finished the last bit a month ago. It was as recommended by Mark for lighter coloured cars.

Default NEW ENGINE !!!!

Aky, you have mail/pm etc.

OK guys, the car now comes with a new engine fitted under warranty. She was starting to use some oil and my very helpful Subaru dealer has just got authorisation to fit a new block etc. It will be ready by middle of next week hopefully. I have asked for a written report on the reasons why the engine needed replacing to keep with all the docs etc. as it was NOT due to being thrashed or driven hard when cold or using wrong oil or anything like that. This is and has been a pampered car from day one. Only problem now is she has to be run in again <4k RPM for 1000 miles!

Now I know some people would be suspicious of the new engine being required but in this case it has got to be an enhancement to the overall package surely? If I was buying the car, I would be very happy to be starting with a new engine provided I knew it was fitted by a Subaru dealer with warranty etc. So there you go. Any interest or serious offers?

Thanks

JB 0780 3832059

So, BTT
