Black 51-reg Jag X-type 3.0 sport
Bad:
Crap stereo. (budget a replacement
)
Couple of blemishes in paintwork due to bird poo, but only noticable close-up
One of the alloys is kerbed and could do with refurbishment
Good:
VGC
FJagSH
Manual box, 4-wheel drive
Black on black
Just hit 70k miles
New engine fitted & 70k service done this week
Still under warranty
Better:
Priced for a quick sale - £8750 (no offers or p/x).
This is how much I paid for it at the auctions a few months back (it was a Porsche dealer trade-in).
It now has the benefit of a brand new engine, the 70k service and new tyres.
Selling to make way for an M5 (or anything else even bigger, even faster and even thirstier!)
Sorry for the dodgy pics - the light was diminishing and I was in a rush.

It started making the noise, so I had it recovered to the garage. Jag quickly agreed to cover it under warranty, so perhaps it was a well-known defect on the early engines? They didn't admit to that though
