Well the time has now come for my Scoob to go up for sale. Full spec is as follows:
MY00 'W' plate - one of the last of the classics.
Royal Silver with rare two tone leather interior factory fitted from new. Really makes the car stand out.
Fully colour coded by the factory from new inc skirts, wedges etc.
Below average mileage - 55k
Full Subaru service history. Last serviced by SGT, Maidenhead in June.
Every bill/receipt kept.
Air conditioning.
Prodrive Quickshift Gearshift factory fitted from new and Momo gearknob.
Performance backbox fitted by original owner.
Prodrive 17" anthracite PF7s with Goodyear F1 GSD3's all round.
Original Subaru wheels and tyres also supplied with the car.
Brembo 4 pot caliper and disc upgrade on the front supplied through a group buy with Red Dot on here a couple of years ago.
Bumpsteer adjustment done thanks to Powerstation.
Also the car was taken to Powerstation just 2 weeks ago to have the full 4 wheel alignment carried out again.
K&N panel filter.
Fully fitted handsfree phone kit - you just change the cradle to suit your phone.
Pioneer DEH-P77MP CD/MP3 tuner.
Subaru Impreza Turbo floor mats.
Crystal sidelights and indicators.
Always run on Optimax... I have the Air Miles to prove it!!

The car has had only 2 previous owners and I have owned it for the last 3 years now having bought it off a fellow enthusiast from Scoobynet in June 2003.
I've kept this car as standard as possible and have only made neccessary upgrades such as the Brembo's. I always like to keep my cars as close to standard as I can. This genuinely must be one of the best examples of a late classic out there it really is in immaculate condition as some people who have seen it on here could testify.

Thanks scooby1979. Yup it's been good as gold in the 3 years I've had it, not had a thing go wrong. Great cars. Hope it goes to someone that can really appreciate it next as well!

I bet you do... ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Thing is I've already done the deal on my next car so can't be waiting around too long. I'd let you view it, accept a deposit and keep it for you until you got back from Seattle but not until yours had sold! That's a how long's a piece of string job...!

I've decided to go into posey, poncey cruise mode for a bit and have agreed a deal for a BMW 330 Convertible. I'm already thinking I'm going to miss the Scoob big time but having a convertible is something I've always wanted/needed to get out of my system! Will be dull compared to the Scoob on any day that's not nice and sunny though! But I'm trying not to think of that...!!

Nearly got my hopes up then. I have a convertible but not a 330 not a bmw.
Convertibles are great fun but....
You will get sun burned........ you have to remember when passing judgement on people less fortunate than yourself that they can hear you now LOL.........they all leek/leak.........
But it is nice to not have a roof.

Good luck with that Jay. What convertible is it you're selling then? If the weather stays like this you should have no problem!
Meantime the car might become a tv celebrity! A guy from the production team of the Used Car Roadshow rang me saying they'd like my car to feature on their show as they're looking for a mint 2000 plate classic to do a piece on how good a value performance car it is! They're filming at the Ace Cafe this Saturday and want me to take it along. Apparently it's on Monday nights on Men and Motors. Never seen it myself personally.

No don't worry Jay I don't think they'll be buying it they've just been looking for the right example of one to use as the car for their feature. They're going to do a spot where they say the classic is one of the best value for money used performance cars and in their opinion the last of them, year 2000 models, offer the best buys now.
No sarcasm don't worry... by the way if you pop over to view the car at all you couldn't do me a quick short back and sides while you're here could you??!

You hold the car for me and ill do it.
Anyway don't mock, you should try it. I never used to like them but for a 135 they go really well! Handles pretty good to.
And they are really easy to clean :-) easy to polish, cheaper road tax to.
