Cherished yr 2000(W) Classic Impreza Turbo, DBM, 1 owner, 42k miles
Now sold -thanks for looking!
I've decided to move on to another Subaru (what else??) so my much loved Impreza is up for sale. Its a Dark blue metallic, 4 door, MY00, W reg. Impreza 2000 Turbo (final face-lift)
I've owned it from new (July 2000) its a UK spec (Euro import) and I've done only 42,000 miles, all fully documented and serviced.
No expense spared, lovely unmolested car
Final facelift version - the last classic Impreza
17" late-model Impreza alloys + 215/40/17 Toyo Proxes T1-R
Standard UK mechanical spec (ie 230 hp turbo, 5spd box, 4WD etc etc)
subject to minor improvements:
Scoobysports stainless back box (lovely loud rumble)
Prodrive springs 1" lower
Black Diamond grooved discs + Mintex pads 6k miles ago
Sti air filter
Clear front indicators + repeaters
Original springs, backbox & lights included
FULL service history regardless of cost, with all bills & MOTs including:
Oil/filter change every 6 months
Cam belt and tensioners replaced 6000 miles ago
Brake upgrade 6000 miles ago
Cat 1 alarm / immobiliser / remote c/locking. E/windows, front fogs etc
Sony CD head unit / speaker upgrade
Unmarked interior - non-smoker. Over-mats from new
Inevitably, one or two car park dings, otherwise lovely DBM metallic.
Snap-on "Brink" swan-neck towbar fitted, very discrete (only used for small trailer)
Never thrashed from cold, never used on track, never been financed.
Run from new on Optimax/Super u/leaded
Year's new MOT + just had Motul synthetic oil/filter change. Tax to end Jun '07
Superb & faultless to drive, 100% reliable car, still drives like new.
One of the nicest examples you'll find.
£6,950 ovno
New Subaru forces sale of this much loved car. Located Hampshire

Cheers Guys
Drives like an RB5 with the lower Prodrive springs, sounds wicked, and I've no doubt that it will give someone many years of trouble free, exciting motoring. Car mags tested this model at 5.4 seconds 0-60 at the time, better looking and quicker than the new-age Impreza!
I didn't go for the air-con option as I didn't want to sap the power! Isn't that what windows are for?
Thanks for looking,
Simon
