Default Heavily modified classic WRX

General:
1993 (K) Impreza WRX, 80,600 on the clock (part KM as imported but unknown how many). The car was imported in 1998 according to my HPI check so I'm assuming a fair few of those miles are KM.

MOT until Aug 08, Tax until Feb 08. HPI check done Aug 07 which can be forwarded to any potential buyer.

Engine:
Recent service inc plugs, oil, coolant, gearbox and clutch oil (under 100 miles ago).
Always run on super unleaded with Octane Booster.
Cam belt and water pump changed at 75,000 miles.
Fuel pump and filter changed at 73,000 miles.
Clutch changed at 70,000 miles (never launched on this clutch).

Mods:
* HKS FMIC
* HKS SSQV
* Blitz Nurspec cat-back exhaust
* HKS decat pipe
* Blitz metal cone filter
* Lightened and balanced flywheel
* Remapped ECU running 16.5 PSI
* Ally header tank
* Samco coolant hoses
* Uprated earth wiring

Est power: 300 - 320 BHP

Bodywork:
* Full Respray in Subaru silver mixed with Pink, Purple and Gold pearl effect. (When resprayed all dents, scratches and stone-chips were repaired and filled so bodywork is pretty much perfect.)

* Carbon fibre 96-00 style bonnet with carbon scoop and vents
* Carbon fibre 96-00 style boot lid
* Carbon fibre STI 6 style boot spoiler with break light
* Carbon fibre C-West front bumper with Carbon foglight covers
* Carbon fibre C-west front grill
* Carbon fibre C-west sideskirts (unfitted)
* Carbon fibre Pro-drive style cup mirrors
* Smoked front indicators and sidelights
* 00 Spec Crystal clear headlights
* 96-00 spec Rear light clusters
* Team Dynamics 17 inch multispoke alloys on Avon Z1 tyres (all decent tread). Chrome finish.
* Tannabi shocks and springs, lowered 40mm

Ice & Security:
* Top of the range Clifford alarm with remote start, Blackjax, full-closure and much more installed by Clifford in 2006 costing over £1,000
* RAC tracker with 24/hr monitoring
* Orion NT 5.5 competition standard front components
* Orion 6x9s in rear shelf
* Alpine CD headunit with iPod input

Interior:
* Standard WRX interior including grey seats with red fleck. Good condition except driver's seat outer bolster is a little worn down (seems to happen on old Scoobys). Also a mark on the dash board where it seems to have faded a bit
* A pillar gauge pod with boost gauge fitted
* Ally pedals
* Black subaru mats

Other:
* All parts for aircon (removed to save weight)
* Spares including turbo heat shields, spare indicators, standard electric mirrors in the same colour as car, about 8-10 bottles of Octane booster, spare Halfords battery and probably a load of bits ive forgotten I have.

I’ve owned the car about three years. I bought it originally as a project and intended to convert it into a show car. However, due to a change of job I’ve hardly had time to do anything to it for the last year and its a waste of a good car to have it sitting around unused. This car has had literally thousands on this, I’d estimate roughly £15k (bodywork £8-10k, Ice & Alarm £3k, Engine £3.5k). Everytime the car has been left for a period unused it has started first time and runs well.

To save any problems when it comes to viewings here is a list of everything I can see which is wrong with it.

-The laquer on the boot and front bumper has faded faster than the other carbon bits so they are a bit duller. Ive checked with a bodyshop and a relaquer costing a couple of hundred will have them perfect again.

-The alloys are curbed and the chrome paint has flaked off in a few places. I was going to change the wheels so this was never something I got fixed.

-There is a 2.5-3 inch scratch on the side of the rear bumper from where someone backed into the car.

-The drivers lock is really stiff so its easier to unlock from passenger side. However, the alarm does all the locks so you only ever need the key if you have the battery out.

I'm looking for offers around £4,000 for the lot.

I'm afraid don't have time to consider breaking it and its not a standard colour so i cant swap bits off it so please don't mail asking for a price on a bit.

I imported all the carbon bits except the mirrors from the states mate. Its a bit of a pain in the ***, but you do have more choice in Japan / America than you seem to have here.
