Hi all,
I'm trying to sell my unmodified burgandy 1994 2.0 litre 4WD Legacy 4 door that I've had as a run around for the last three years and has done just under 150K miles. Excellent car, but it now needs an owner who can tinker with it or spend a bit of money on it to get it running as it should. Alternatively use it as a donor.
It has a few things wrong with it, but I think they are all doable, especially by the sort of mechanically minded people I know frequent this site. I tried the uklegacy.com site but had a few errors trying to sign up to it, so haven't been able to put it on there.
So, heres the current state:
It has a coil pack problem (so the local subaru mechanic says) that means the engine warn light comes on now and again.
The turbo sometimes stutters at higher revs, but usually pulls well up to that point.
The battery probably needs replacing (on constant trickle charge at the moment), but starts first time when charged.
Bodywork is ok, but a bit scuffed here and there, and the boot wing needs a respray. Bonnet intake has a small cracked piece, but doesnt affect the fitting.
All the electrics work: sunroof, mirrors, windows, heater, lights etc.
Interior is in a good state for a 14 year old.
All tyres are good.
I don't really know what to put it up for, so how about 600GBP ono ?
Someone give it a good home, please.
Cheers
Al
P.S i'm in Southampton (Hants).
Also, if I can figure how to post pics, I will. Or a link to my site with pics.

I got through the registration process and a message appeared saying a confirmation email had been sent to my email address, but it never arrived. I checked the stored email address in my profile and it's correct, and have clicked on the "forgotten password" link several times which again says the email was sent. Basically I have an account but no way of activating it. I emailed the admin but still haven't got a reply.
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks
