Default 326bhp subaru wrx with STI 8 Bottom End - 2001 - £6500

Hi all,

I am putting my subaru back up for sale now its had its STI 8 Bottom end fitted after the WRX bottom end failed and is now alot stronger. The reason for sale is that I can't afford to keep the car now we have moved to a larger house and I have a company car also now so the scooby doesn't get used.

Im after £6500 for it and its worth that amount allday now with the STI 8 Bottom end.

If you have questions then please contact me.

The spec:

The car is a 2001 WRX in Mica Red (Rare I believe). The mileage is 70k and it has got full service history. It has been serviced at 4k-5k intervals and been well maintained. The interior on the car is very clean with no tears or rips. The alloys have a couple scuffs on them but that was down to the previous owner and aren't that noticeable. The body work on the car is very good, there are a few stone chips but they can't be helped. The engine runs fine and boost holds perfectly. All the diffs were replaced in the last year.

As it says above the WRX bottom end failed and I have had it replaced with the STI 8 bottom end that is alot stronger and is capable of 400+bhp with some extra work. The clutch was also replaced with a brand new exedy clutch at the time of the new bottom end. I have listed below all the work the car has had done along with the STI 8 bottom end.

The spec of the car is as follows:

18" Votex Alloys
Excellent Tyres all round
Eibach Lowering springs
VF35 Turbo
STI Injectors
STI 8 Bottom end (with fsh from the engine it was taken from)
New Exedy Clutch
XS Power FMIC
Forge DumpValve
Warbo Fuel Pump
Janspeed Stainless
Full De-Cat
Vortex Afterburner Backbox
APS Induction Kit
Samco Hoses
Tein Strut Brace
ECUTEC Map - Tractive
326 bhp.

Along with the STI 8 bottom end its had the following:

New Exedy Clutch
New Cam Belt
New Large and Small Pullies
New Oil Pump
New Oil Filter
New Oil
New Anti-Freeze
Full Engine check and tested
New Front Brake Discs
New Pads on the rear

Here are some better pics from the weekend in Sunny Blackpool:
