Christ, if you people are not interested in buying the gentlemans car, then bugger off and stop p1ssing in his pond!
Who gives a plonk what you or your sister paid for another car yesterday, last year, whenever, if you have not seen this car then you have no reason to make unfair comments on the selling price.
It is his car and he can sell for whatever value he chooses, the name of the thread is not 'Can you help me value my car please!'
Sorry this winds me up on here as you people are so thick you do not even realize what you are really doing.
You are all Subaru owners and all you are doing is de-valueing your own cars by continuing to hark at prices 'you think' they should be...
Yes think about it, your cars will also devalue too....
This is the only car club that seems to do this continually. Other clubs actually do the opposite and encourage other members to stop underselling their cars!
Keeping your cars value up puts more money in your pocket and gives your car of choice more status.
You guys need to stop this daff pratise as it's not good at all for the Subaru and for your own future investment.
Sorry about any typo's, it's rather late.

You people are unbelievable...
Again, what someone chooses to sell their product at is their business, not yours... especially if you have no intention in a purchase!
If you are not interested in this sale then leave and say nothing, if you have to stick your oar in, then
There is a PRIVATE MESSAGING system the club provides free of charge, USE IT!
Think please.

Cars can be picked up cheaper but they do tend to have alot higher mileage and are not in the best of condition.
I think what you are asking is very realistic for a clean low mileage Sti, even in the current climate.

some peeps are all too quick to point out other or better priced cars, wonder if these other cars are looked after or driven by fellow enthusiasts
maybe an idea to sell the sound system seperate and this will lower your price a bit, making it a more sellable car, peeps just see 2003 sti at 9k, not the 4k sounds and the other few k of mods.
good luck selling m8

Thanks for the above..did think abouth stipiing out the sound and putting the suspension stuff back to normal..but i just do not have the time anymore..
I drive an M5 that i have not paid for yet...hence the urgancy to sell..
Believe it or not i have had 1 call for the car in the last 3 months of it being advertised...
I bought this car for £13k + suspension mods...So it a big looss for me...i just need the cash now
