Stunning car If I had the money It`d be sold already.
IMHO if you refitted the spoiler your potential customers would increase dramatically Just my opinion.

Yep, a thoroughly sorted and incredibly well maintained car. If I had the money I'd be arm-wrestling Arkwright for the sale!
Sad to see it go (especially not to me), good luck with the sale Monkey.

Mrs Mikee is still saying no to buying this, although I suspect it's more to do with the fact we're £14,995 short rather than her not wanting it.
Spotless car, and a real looker, somebody is gonna be very lucky.

Fantastic Spec C!
Just wondered, standard power is listed as 335bhp with 280lb ft of torque
So the bhp you've quoted is spot-on but, you list the torque as 370lb ft???
Was that in error? If not, whats it had to produce an extra 90lb ft of torque over standard?
All youve listed as extra are the panel filter and exhaust and dont think those alone would account for the increase!
Regards. Matt

Standard power isn't 335 to get to that you need the mods that mine has:
panel filter
Full 3 inch system (in this case with sports cat)
re-map
The car that EVO tested and listed in the knowledge was from Litchfield and had been fettled to the same level as mine. 280 is the standard quoted torque figure so don't know why they list that (error?)
I have two RR graphs for the car, one from Powerstation who did the re-map when the car first arrived and one from DSA done in April this year.
Powerstation figures - 335BHP 330FtLb
DSA figures - 334BHP 370FtLb
On the same day as the DSA RR several other known figure cars, including standard PPP'd and SleeperSy's 600+ , were run and made exactly the figures expected so I'm happy that the numbers are accurate (well as accurate as RR figures get) My mate RickyA ran his hawkeye spec c with similar spec but also a 3 port, up-rated actuator and bigger TMIC and made mid 340's BHP and 390 FtLb.
So in conclusion I cant tell you where the extra torque comes from but know of several similarly tuned spec c's making similar numbers.
What I do know is it has little trouble holding it's own against Subaru's that report much higher numbers

Mine was at DSA rollers on the day with this car & can vouch for figures & more importantly its real world power. I wouldnt worry too much about figures as a 340bhp (fly) Subaru on Powerstation rollers is equivilant to 360bhp plus on most other rollers. And if you try & compare those figures to e.g an Evo then its the same story.
Also on the topic of torque, IMO & from what I have researched, the Spec C engines do produce more torque as std than ever quoted. Mine made approx 315 bhp & 320ft/lb torque as standard. MadisonMonkeys torque figure is spot on too after mods he has done. On the same day I made 400ft/lb torque & 345bhp as I had similar mods except that I was running full decat/ uprated turbo actuator which meant I was able to hold 1.6 -1.7 bar peak boost which helped achieve such torque levels. Easily done on a Spec C IMO.
These cars have to be driven to be believed & fully appreciated

I saw this car last week & can assure any potential buyer it is a peach.
Ive had 2 x spec C's now both hawkeyes with low miles & looked at many more, this one is tighter & smoother than my 2 & all the others I looked at, it would make a great daily car.
The interior & body work is spotless & the suspension set up is perfect on the road.
Before you ask why did you not buy it - I am ideally looking for a dedicated track car so its always cheaper to buy a car after all of the work is completed - The searching continues !!!! (which may be a long time)
Good luck James !!!
