Dom Car pictures by jeansmechanic - Photobucket

Pics will be updated during today (24th)

Only ever run on SHELL OPTIMAX fuel, have tried both BP and TESCO 99 RON but it prefers SHELL. Was mapped on OPTIMAX.
Millers 10w40 CFS engine oil used with standard Subaru oil filter. Changed every 3500 miles, filter primed before fitment, engine primed before final start up.
Warmed through before taking above 3000rpm, and allowed to cool after every run.
Engine run in by disciplined female driver (my wife was doing more miles than me for work, im very impatient! She is so great!)
Documents for all work present, Stamped in service booklet. Serviced by Subaru up to when i took ownership, then did work myself. I am a qualified mechanic working in a registered garage. (Edmunds Exhaust and Tyres in Winnersh for those who want to know.)

£4300 ONO

it may have been the rolling road place i went to. i heard stories that the dyno they use isnt setup properly before each run or something, im just going by what the print out said. i may have the torque figure wrong. what would you expect it to produce?

It's hard to say every vehicle is different. But with a map and those mods you'd have thought the figures would have been more 'square'. Upwards of 270/270.

Post a pic of the readout aswell mate, maybe you have read it incorrectly.

Sorry I have read it incorrectly. Peak Torque is about 256ft/lb. Me having a blonde moment!

So 260BHP and 256ft/lb.

That's more like it.
