2003 STI UK (340 bhp) WR blue
2003 STI Type UK - WR Blue - 63,500 miles - £8250
This car has been well loved and maintained. I have owned it since November 2005 with one owner before that. It was registered in February 2003 but carries a '52' plate. Originally the car was PPP'd (Prodrive Performance Pack) but has since been re-mapped by BRD (Bob Rawle Developments) and produces around 340 bhp, 330 lbs ft - as estimated by BRD, not me. I have a print out to prove the figures.
Car has all usual STI features and equipment. Additional subtle mods include APS cold air induction kit and APS re-circulation valve which compliment the re-map. It also a Hayward & Scott back box which is purely cosmetic and also gives a deeper rumble than the Prodrive and standard box. I still have the Prodrive box and can include this in the sale.
The car has been fully serviced and well maintained. Since I have owned it, oil has been changed around every 5-6K miles and I have always used V-Power petrol. Car has had substantial 60k service including new cambelt. The car has been pampered to the point of being **** and to the frustration of my girlfriend. The car has never been abused, raced or laboured from cold. The car is in superb condition inside and out and has no internal or external marks. I even get out of the car in a way that doesn't cause wear to the raised edge of the drivers seat. Sad but true and hopefully highlights the extent to which I have looked after the car.
There is one issue at the time of writing and that is a broken spring bracket within the boot compartment. One of the brackets has sheared due to the weight of the rear spoiler and consequently the spring rod holding the boot open doesn't work, i.e., when you open the boot, it doesn't stay open. I have not had it repaired because it does not affect the opening or closing of the boot I can live without it. I can negotiate this in the price.
The car currently has around 8 months MOT (no advisories), 6 months tax and plenty of tread left on the tyres (Goodyear F1 asymmetric). Car also has relatively new discs and pads all round. I am selling the car because I have had to buy a more sensible and practical family car and have a wedding coming up.
Car has below average mileage with 63,500 miles. I am looking for offers in the region of £8250 or near enough. Please do net hesitate to call or e-mail for more details. I am located in Southampton.

Mate that is lovely, I'm just trying to sell a car at the moment to buy one of these. Saw this on Autotrader ealrier and emailed you through there. As soon as I can sell mine or my wife's car which is going on a forecourt tomorrow, then i will be in touch with a view to coming to look at it. there's no point at the mo until I have all the cash sat in my bank. The dealer who is selling my wife's car for me is pretty confident it should go fairly soon as it's a convertable and is the right time of year to go. Where about are you ? Noticed on autotrader you are 26 miles from me?
