Mate can't believe you're getting rid of this one, I bought your 05 type 25 and it was a top car so if this is anything like that one someone is going to get a smashing motor and from a genuine guy to boot, best of luck mate

Although you know you will be back

Thanks for the kind comments guys,
It really is a lovely example and to be honest I wouldn't mind hanging on to it, but there is always something to be done in the house and I am sure I can find myself a nice classic or older evo with the change

well you are right and wrong lol, v1 - v6 was the classic shape and when the released the bugeye the version was technicaly dropped and it became the make / year eg MY01 for a 2001 bugeye so the example above being a 2005 model would make it a MY05, it was the general public that has carried on the version 7 bugeye, 8 blobeye, 9 hawkeye and now the new shape say the version 10 the hatch

Thanks

I will do my best to try and capture them on camera this weekend and add them to the post, the stone chips are just standard style road rash found on all subarus with this sort of mileage and there are 2 dings on the front edge of the bonnet which are probably 3mm deep and 10mm wide it hasn't damaged the paint and to be honest most people probably wouldn't even notice them. Just trying to be overcritical on my advert so people are more than happy with the car when they view.

Thats fine mate, I am over-critical when looking at a car

It's just I've been to look at a few now and they always say none or very few stone chips and when I get there they are peppered with them, so I always ask for close up pics before I travel.

I have now found a house slightly over my original budget so could do with selling the subaru for extra funds!!

Car Details:

Subaru Impreza STI type UK V9
2005 model with wider track DCCD etc
Registered on a 54 plate
World Rally Blue
Private plate M88 WRC included in sale
The car will come with 12 months MOT and 12 months tax
65,000 miles

When I purchased the car I carried out a full service consisting of:

Cambelt and Tensioners
Alternator Belt
Spark plugs
Fuel filter
Oil & filter
Antifreeze
Gearbox & Diff oils

I have parts reciepts for all of the above items and the work was carried out @ 61,000 miles

In addition to this the car has had 4 x Conti Sport contact tyres around 2500 miles ago and a new battery about 2000 miles ago.

The car has also now had New grooved front and rear discs and kevlar pads all supplied by godspeed and also uprated brake fluid at the same time. (around 1000 miles ago)

The modifications on the vehicle are as follows:

Ecutek remap
Rolling road printout showing 352BHP
Full Miltek 3” exhaust system with sports cat in centre pipe
HKS large top mount intercooler
Samco airbox hose
Cosworth panel filter
Walbro fuel pump
Prodrive PPP spring kit
Exedy Clutch kit
Goodridge braided brake hoses
S204 Black centre dash trims
RA r Gear ****
Mudflaps
Alpine headunit
Parrot bluetooth hands free kit
Complete flocked dashboard with passanger airbag removed (pics to follow)
Professionaly tinted rear screen and rear side windows
3 x defi 60mm gauges in genuine flocked Defi pod.

Overall the car is in very good condition, there are the usual stone chips to the front end and to small dings on the leading edge of the bonnet. There area few marks inside the drivers door shut where someone in the past has obviously shut the door with the seatbelt in it but other than that it really is a very clean car and drives very well.

I have owned a fair few exotic imprezas and this is up there with the best of them.

Price is 10,500 but am open to offers for a quick easy sale.

There is also a VF48 turbo & Prodrive 3 port boost solenoid that I can include in the sale for the right price

The only other note to add is that I would be willing to take a good clean classic in part exchange

Can't believe this is still here, Rich loves spending money on cars on the right mods and then sells them, this car is an excellent buy for someone!
