SWAP/For Sale: Impreza STI Type R V4 - Black for a Newage/Evo
Hi all
Ive been contemplating this for months but unfortunately ive realised i need to let the Type R go for a Newage with the 4 door practicalities! I do a lot of climbing/sky diving/mountain biking and it just cant fit all the gear in so im looking for a SWAP ideally for a newage, with cash your way...in an ideal world id be looking for a JDM in black or white, but if your interested let me know what youve got! After looking around a few rather ropey/questionable bug/blob/hawk eyes i realised id rather deal with another enthusiast...
Heres a few details
Impreza STI Type R Version 4 - Black
Engine
· Rebuilt Engine (85k miles on the clock – 137k km, new engine has done around 20k miles)
Full Service History (Lockyear Cars, Alan Jefferies, Slowboy Racing etc)
Standard besides
· Hayward and Scott 3” Downpipe with High Flow Sports Cat with 3” Outlet
· Hayward and Scott straight through stainless system with Jap Style Slash cut box (2.5”)
· The downipe has a 3” outlet. The exhaust system reduces to from 3” to 2.5 on the first pipe. Ian from H &Scott decided this was the best option, as the type R on standard management runs better with a 2.5” system. Plans for the future were maybe to add standlone management, where a 3” would be a better choice, and it would be cheaper to change the system than the downpipe! (the dp+sports cat cost over £600)
· Walbro 255l Fuel Pump
· Bailey DV26 Dumpvalve
· Pipercross High Flow Panel Filter
· PF6G Plugs (The correct G plug, not the commonly used incorrect B)
· ZeroSports Intake Pipe
· Group N engine mounts
· Whiteline Gearbox Cradle bushess
· A selection of blue Samco Hoses
Chassis
· Eibach Springs
· 18” Invite Redlines (2 x Falcons on back, 2 x Toyo T1R’s (brand new) on front)
· Goodridge Stainless brake lines
· Undersealed
Body
· STI 8 Rear Spoiler with brakelight
· Crystal black headlights and indicators
· Smoked Indicators
· 50w HID Conversion with mini digital ballasts – 6000k – ice white
Interior
· Mint seats, no bolster wear
· Version 5 Steering Wheel (with airbag)
· ProSport Boost Gauge in pillar pod (lights up green and red to match dash)
· Genuine STI Chrome pedal set, gear **** and shift surround with black leather gaiter/red stitch)
· Clifford Concept G5 Cat 1 Alarm (with two fobs)
Audio
Audio will be removed before swap/sale unless agreed otherwise
· Pioneer Bluetooth USB/IPOD Headunit with 3rca (lights up green and red to match dash)
· Mac Audio Spyder 4 channel amp
· Infinity Kapper front 6.5” co-axials
· Alpine 3 way 6.5” Co axial rears
· Vibe CBBR1200 12” Active subwoofer
· Directed Audio cabling
Being a Type R it benefits from
· DCCD Diff Control
· 280bhp standard (this is running around 310-320)
· Intercooler Spray (manual/auto)
· Remote Electric Folding Mirrors
· Air Conditioning/Climate control
· Electric windows
· Rear privacy glass
· Rear Wiper
· Alloy panels
She is a 12 year old car, so is not in showroom condition. Stone chips and scuffs here and there, a couple of the alloys have light scuffs, typical classic window scratchs etc
