I had this fitted new, and only used once.
Has all the electrics with it, and wont invalidate your warranty.
This is a ford Towbar for a 3/5 door focus.
offers around £100
cost over 300 new.

i believe it is detachable, but to be honest I always left it on to protect the back of the car.
It is in devon at the moment, but when I go back next weekend I will check for you if you are interested.
