No more Pink Palace?

Where (roughly) are you going? Local (to me) or distance?

Need a van? (serious)

Cool

Hi Puff

Decided that the STi coloured house was too much and with all the comments on scoobynet it had to go. Have just bought a barn conversion - black to match DTS car Actually haven't sold the pink palace so in true T-S style, we'll have two houses - one for each car

Only going 3 miles to Steeple Bumpstead. We have had a quote from a removal firm to move us which is not too bad. If your van comes with strong men to move us and costs less than £560 then it's a deal

Kept that one quiet guys! Barn conversion is something I've always wanted, so I will be insanely jealous!!

If you need a hand moving, drop us a line.

Cheers
Chris&Sal

(PS we will be expecting an invite for the house warming party )

Chris

House warming already booked for 28th September (have had to juggle dates around and am just waiting for the band to confirm that 28th is ok). Thought we'd do it in style

You and Sal are on the invite list so keep that Saturday night free. Will send out invites as soon as the music is confirmed. Cant wait, haven't been to a decent party for ages

Fantastic well chuffed for you mateys

At last do I get to drink the bottle of JD you've had in reserve for me?

Do I need a new party frock? Will it be posh? A band in your house? How cool is that... Reminds me of some of the parties my parents had in the sixties

sc

They're buying a BARN

Didn't say anything about it having anything more than a cow byre for amenities

Don't worry about a frock, I'd make sure your wellies don't leak

[Edited for smiley inaccuracies by PTMW! who just remembered that his house used to be a barn & that his study used to be the ladies toilet for the pub next door Mines flint & brick, so a bit hard to get a matching car colour for ]

ROFL at Sal and Puff....it's ok, it's a NEW barn - just uses some of the timbers from the old one on the site

All mod cons - we even have inside toilets and doors.....

Thumbs up

S'all right - wasn't angling

Our house was described as

"Newly built house..." "Two hundred year old walls..."

Had problems getting a 10 yr NHBC guarantee for some reason
