White 3dr standard road spec Sierra Cosworth as featured in the March 2001 issue of fast Ford. (Car went into storage straight after the article)

Recently come back out of hibernation and now fully registered / road legal. Currently on reg no "Y2K RS" can be a current "02" reg if required.

taxed and MOTd even though it does not officially need one for another 3years.

(Y2K RS plate available by separate negotiation).

44 miles on the clock!, still needs running in.

Best offer over 15k secures.

Sorry no photos, everone knows what a white standard 3dr looks like, just pretend its 1986/7 all over again.

everyone who has seen it so far drools.

note - this is an "as new" vehicle, completed in early 2001, built in the same principal as race and rally cars ie from a new shell up, not one of the original Ford batch that has been in storage for 16 years( therefore no perished parts )

For further info email cosworth@cybersourced.com

no dreamers, story tellers, or w@nkers please - I have heard it all before. Sorry no part exs I have to many cars as it is.

genuine mint show car looking for a genuine buyer.

cheers

Not a cozzy fan, but that sounds like a peice of art.

To keep a car this long, superb

Thumbs up

Would also like to see some piccies (but cant afford to buy sorry).

They looked great in white!! Is it the one with gold coloured exhaust and chassis? Sure I remember seeing a photoshoot a while back with a 3dr Cossie and it was mint.

Good luck with it and BTTT

Question

Have you spoken to Ford Uk about this car, they may be interested in it for posterity.

I think Ford would only be interested if it was from their original 1986/7 batch, thanks anyway.

Saw the article , had always wanted an original cossie , the only one I wanted more was an RS500 , but seeing yours made me all misty eyed blah blah .
You must have had the patience of a saint to build it from scratch , top marks and I hope you sell it to someone who will look after it .

Cheers

change of plans, and possible change of job in the last couple of days has opened up a couple of options.

my company car may be going, so I will need a usable car, the white cosworth is to good to use for this purpose therefore possible part exchanges could be :-

Usable RS500 (ie does not need to be a show car, just historied and upto 80k on the clock) plus £5,000 to me

Escort Cosworth similar to above plus £5,000 to me

or mint low miles standard S1 plus £10,000 to me.

not looking for any other car though

if anyone is interested in these options drop me an email

http://cosworth@cybersourced.com

cheers
