Upgraded from Geodesy to Geodesy Plus (Whole new unit) January 2002. Subscription expires this month.

Why didn't you pay 50 quid to get the Geodesy upgraded to Plus?
Is it still upgradeable? If so, i might have a home for it, depending on the sort of price you have in mind...

I did have a Geodesy (Unit Number <1000) - I now have a Geodesy Plus (Unit Number >14000).
I uppgraded from the Geodesy to the Geodesy Plus in Jan 02 - this costed £50, however, for older units this also required the whole unit to be replaced (upgraded firmware - more memory etc) - rather than just configuration options to be set-up (as with the later units).
Geodesy Plus adds (more memory for more sites - compared to older units) & the following features -
Initial Warning Bleep (Lound Beep when site comes into range)
Auto Ranging (adjusts LED scale based on speed)
Auto muting (if not exceeding speed limit sound is muted)
Subscription per annum is £30 - due now.
Make an offer - unit only 8 months old so nothing silly please - I just don't do the miles anymore.
If no sensible offer I will renew & keep for myself.
