As on the graham goode racing web site
They are progressive springs and give a nice stiff ride. Cost £220 new.
These springs have come off my UK MY00 as it was too low for the local roads. They lower the car around 35-40mm and the handling with them is awesome.
They work with standard dampers, though I also have a set of UK MY00 dampers available.
on sale for £140 + Delivery ono

they are made by grahame goode racing. They are not too hard to start with as they are progressive and stiffen up the more pressure is put on them. They have covered around 7000 miles in the last year. They do lower the car significantly.
