....has produced 346bhp on my car with a TMIC....

....same model produced 363bhp on a car with FMIC....

VF Hybrid - the 'BRD' Turbo - P20 housing, VF22 Cover, IHI wheel

It will produce 1 bar of boost at around 3,400rpm (this is around the same on a number of cars) - both cars about tested around 1.3bar and acheived peak power at 7,000 rpm.

Has just been tested by Turbo Dynamics and given the thumbs up - is being rebalanced and serviced by TD today. Excellent Turbo - superb on road characteristics - particularly well suited to an STi.

Nearest offer to £1,200, was over £1,700 new

I was temped till I saw the the bit after £ symbol, which I shall not even bother repeating.

I'll stick with my td05 and save myself a divorce.

Let me put it this way, rather then spend £1200, I can afford to get TD to hybrid my td05, and still have change to buy a set of fully mappable water injection. And that includes the money I already paid for my turbo! it was seriously good value.

SOMEONE BUY THIS TURBO!

This turbo is very good!!! Perfect for an STI needing more power!

Nice price as well.... (it is worth that... this is not a little VF turbo)

Devils,

yes it would - it would be a bit more laggy - but if sorted will easily give you 300+ bhp.

You can play in installments - I would accept £1 now and the balance tomorrow

Oh - I need to confirm this so no promises - but I may be able to reduce the price for a functional turbo in return - obviously depending on condition/type etc. So can be flexible.

APS is about £1,100, I think. For one that is - I imagine - not as good. Well, not capable of as much power, anyway

OK, turbo has just arrived back from Turbo Dynamics after testing, refurbishment and balancing (0.3g at 75,000rpm). Looks as good as new.

New special price with huge reduction....nearest offer to £1,199

Serious offers considered - will find out how much I an exchange turbo will be worth - but don't hold out hopes of three figures!

Steven,

it is absolutely no problem - as I always said - get the one that suits your needs.

Everyone else,

new special price £1,150 or serious offer. Turbo is as new, boxed and just returned from Turbo Dynamics with documentation.

Remember - capable of 360bhp with ECU and FMIC.

You know you want it
