Does the towbar show at all when removed and has the bumper been cut?

it is a my98 preg 97 facelift its done 70000 and is a genuine uk car the tow bar does not hardly show even the plugs are hidden underneath it cost me £395 a month ago for that.The bumper is not cut at all.i bought the car with the exhaust on.and it it a solid red.sorry no pics at present trying to borrow a camera
