Not Scooby related but one of you may be interested....

Never got round to fitting it then sold the car! Complete rack/pulleys/belts/pump/brackets/resevoir basically everything you need to add PAS to a non-PAS car. Should make parking a bit easier

£80 ono

Jamie,

- off topic (sort of) but have you got any tips on fitting power steering to a non-power steering UK Mazda MX-5? Like which are the exact bits that I need to get from a breaker's yard?

Cheers!

Hi Richard,

Like I said above I never actually fitted it to my Golf, and have never fitted PAS to any car, but I would guess all the bits mentioned are what you need. The problem I had was that this kit is for 8v engines and my GTI was a 16V so I needed some extra pulleys.

Your best bet is to have a look at an MX-5 with PAS and compare it to yours to see what you will need.

Sorry I can't be of more help!
