Si,
The amp pushes out Watts, not Ohms. Ohms is a measure of resistance. The lower the resistance, the higher the output in Watts RMS. (Hope this doesn't sound condescending, but it seemed the best way to word it).

Power output as per manufacturers spec.
90 WATTS MAX x 2 @ 14.4 VOLTS @ 4 OHMS
240 WATTS MAX x 1 @ 14.4 VOLTS @ 4 OHMS

50 WATTS RMS x 2 @ 14.4 VOLTS @ 4 OHMS
65 WATTS RMS x 2 @ 14.4 VOLTS @ 2 OHMS
130 WATTS RMS x 1 @ 14.4 VOLTS @ 4 OHMS

Hope this helps.

What is the quality of sound like for the AI net lead (into a 320 dsp) as opposed to running rca s (that i use at the moment)? Could take the AI lead off your hands - drop us an email.

Cheers, Si.

Si.t,

Is that an ERA-G320? The AI-Net cable goes between head unit and processor, then RCA leads to you're amps. You can't change the RCA leads for an AI-Net cable, thats if you mean what I think you mean.

The ai cable goes out to the processor then rcas out to the amps from the brain - my question is does using this configuration detract from the sq as opposed to using the rca on its own? If not i'll have it.

Cheers

Si.t

Not at all m8, Thats how it should be done.
I fitted an ERA-G320 with a head unit, changer and amps a few years ago. AI-Net cables link the head unit, processor and changer together, then rca's out to the amps in the normal way.
