Are these my old springs?
If so, they lower the car nicely

PI springs are just about the worst springs you can buy. If you like bouncing up and down a LOT and feeling sea sick then these are the puppys. My mates old car was nicked named the speed boat.

Thanks for the postive comments Big End, as for the springs being
bouncy, I think you'll find that depends how knackered your shocks are!
I've had several diff cars with uprated suspension & these are no more bouncy than anything i've experienced
