1986 3 Door Cosworth – totally Immaculate inside and out
Colour White - 75,000 genuine miles – all MOT’s to prove
Full Service History + loads of bills etc.
3 Previous mature owners
Thatcham 1 remote alarm/immobiliser system
Standard except for recent modifications :-
Collins stage 1 chip (270 bhp) - (standard chip also supplied)
Full Mongoose Stainless Steel exhaust
K & N cone filter - (standard airbox also supplied)
Panasonic remote control head unit + 8x CD changer in boot.
Sparco strut brace
New full suspension change (std height) –
Bilstein shock absorbers, springs, polybushes
2 new standard wheels fitted
New battery
4 x new Avon 205x50/15 ZV1 tyres (200 miles only)
Just had Service and tune – 2 months (200 miles ago)
Recent £ 600 head refurb and Group A head gasket
10 months MOT
4 months tax

car door was open obviously when the drivers side photo taken.
not really interested in selling to traders.
although at this price they could buy and retail it for more.
no hurry to sell, its just sitting quietly in the garage.

it got to page 5 in around 4 hours
like they say - nothing goes as fast as a cossie
these cars may not be the comfiest, but this is art.
one of the best looking cars in the world.
and it accelerates quite quickly too.

This is Trade price.
I am only trying to sell before tucking it up for winter again.
(hence the condition it is in)
how many scoobies will be this quality in 16 years ?
The price is as stated.
Dealers are selling for £9-10k in this condition

I used to like this b.board.
You could always get a much higher quality of insult.
but lately the Scooby drivers have obviously realised
that cossies are so much better and more sought after,
hence they seem to be keeping quiet.
at least there are a few decent jokes on here
eg Subaru Impreza Turbos, Legacy Turbos - need I go on
