I spoke to a couple of people, and looked on the board, and £60 seems to be about the going rate at the mo.

Dr Pepper,

Is this sold now.

When you say only done 200 miles and in new condition dooes this literally mean other than the 300 miles it has never been used?

If it fits a MY00 UK Turbo and presuming Scooby Snacks is not interested I would be. However I am in the North so wouls need to arrange something.

One other question, will it be loud, Imlooking for someting a lot better than standard exhaust but perhaps not as loud as the scooby sport one.

Cheers kidda

Chris

The Maive,

My mail just said, that basically I got the B.B. from a P1 owner (he had upgraded his exhaust system as soon as he got his car new) and that it hasn't been near a car since. Change of plans for me, means that it's now available.

Noise wise you'll get a nice burble, not as quite as loud as a Scoobysport B.B. though, but better than standard, and it's a lot better looking than the standard box too.

Cosmeticaly it's as new. only a few marks of overspray when the P1 was udersealed at Prodrive.

Thanks, Roy.

I thought the P1 exhausts had P1 on them and not STi.

Can you get a picture of it by any chance and send too:

the@maives.fsnet.co.uk

Not sure what to do, I am very tempted. I suppose the main thing is Ive been meaning to go to a meet in the North to listen to some different exhausts and see which one is the one for me.

A lad next door has the scoobysport, that sort of noise personally would do my head in eventually although dont get me wrong it sounds amazing.

The reason I ask the P1 question is Ive heard a P1 in the area and its exhaust Im sure had P1 on it, that sort of noise and look would do nicely.

Where in the country are you?

The other thing on my mind is whether to just buy brand new, I have bought second hand stuff in the past and had some bad deals on gear, Im sure this is dead genuine but when you have been let down it tends to make you a little more wary as Im sure you understand.

If you lived nearish! I'll come and take a look.

Cheers

The Maive,

Hi again, the P1 is basically a Prodrive fettled STI 6, and comes with the STI exhaust as standard.

Prodrive did an upgrade back box with....P1 stamped on it these exchange hands at around £150+

I live Nr Peterbrough, Cambs. just off the A1. thanks Roy.

Roy,

Ive not forgotten.

With us being some miles apart its obviously difficult for me to say I defo want it.

I put a question out on General about the noise and other comments on this zorst, one good one bad.

So, today Im going to Warrender and going to have a look at their Subaru's and maybe see if I can get the keys for one to start up.

Im also going to have a shop around and get some advice on alternatives.

Im am trying not to make you think Im messing you about, I'll be honest, I am tempted @£60, whats putting me off is the distance and that I cant see it, not only that to deliver will probably be another 20 squid.

Hopefully I will have a decision before the end of the day.

Cheers for your patience,

Chris.
