Do you fancy a change?

Honda Civic Type R
Bought new from main UK Honda dealer Dec. 2001 (51 Plate)
16,000 miles (had 1st 12k service in June '02)
Metallic Silver
Optional Type R Interior mat set
6 speed box
Fabulous i-VTEC engine

Great fun car, amazing performance with reasonable running costs.

If anybody fancies a change, either swap or part exchange with their STI, please leave details below inc. Pic, if possible.
Will only consider STI models both Import & UK, must be no older than a version V in colours other than white or red. My Type R has a private saleable value of approx. £13,500.

I will e-mail people direct if i'm interested.

Thanks in advance.

Richard,

Is your RB5 a WR Sport model?

Some details would be helpfull. The RB5 is certainly the ONLY uk based model bar the STI that i would consider.

Question

What would you do for a cash deal on the Honda?

Pound notes, electronic transfer, however you want it?

I must say you managed to rack up the mileage fairly quickly!

Thanks for all the interesting replies, I am discussing the offers with my other half and will e-mail accordingly.

With regard to those who wish to buy my Type R as a private cash sale, the bottom line price is £13,000. Guide prices are, as the word suggests, a guide and my price is MY price.

Any more STI owners considering a change?

Image,

I've got a good tip for a horse running at the weekend if you need to raise that little extra cash.

You know the price and you also know your offer is not a million miles away. I have a possible p/ex lined up but the other half is not completely sold on it. Will have to decide one way or another this weekend.

You could try busking for the extra coppers! LOL

Rgds.
