SWAP STi flaps for s/s exhaust?

I might consider swapping a full set of four brand new, still boxed, black O.E. Subaru mudflaps (for new shape Impreza, cost £400) for a nice stainless steel back-box of reputable manufacture and good condition to fit STi 7.
