it's the late p reg, or r reg type grill, my friend bought it from some shop but didn't realise it didn't fit without the bonnet and lights change. It's dark blue in colour with a badge!

I think it does fit! You have to trim the edges to fit round the lights.

I maybe wrong, it has been known
