P1 Back box

For sale, P1 back box - intended to fit it to my car until today, when I discovered I had a 3 inch exhaust fitted ! Back box in good condition, North West people preferred as item is heavy....
Best offer around £75.

i think the STI and P1 backbox is the same. We took a backbox off a P1 the other day which was brand new and it had STI up the side of it

"P1" stamped backbox is a Prodrive upgrade, stainless steel pipe which costs about £370 new.
The backbox that comes as standard on STIs and P1s is steel.
It has "STi" stamped on the side of the tailpipe.
There is no difference between the standard backbox on a P1 and the standard backbox on an STi as a P1 is an STi....

Cheers SimonH. I couldnt get my head round that i took off an exhaust from a P1 and it had STI up here!

Because the back box currently on there has "STI" stamped on it, I assumed it was the standard STI exhaust, i.e 2.5 inch system.
Apparantly not, will know more when the Mongoose system goes on today.
