Alan,
Only yesterday my new Neighbour expressed an interest in buying a Scooby for approx £10K, fully loaded with no more than 60K on the clock. I will advise him about your car, and see where it leads. If you wish to email contact details or more details of the car, please do so.
Cheers,
Kev
PS. You can mail me at work between 6am - 4pm at kevin.waldron@gzs.de or outside those times at my home address.

Unfortunately the time has come and I have to part with my Scooby.
It is a UK Spec MY00 Reg'd Feb 2000 4 Door in Green Mica, with 54k miles. The car is in excellent condition and has airbags, aircon, 10 Disc CD Changer, SS Exhaust + DP and a Full Service History.
I am looking for around £10,800

Frisby,
The car is a dutch sourced UK spec car. If it were a UK car it would have 4 months warranty left.
The car has been so reliable its scary, i've not had to change anything other than consumables. But I guess thats Subaru for you.
As far as the car goes, i've had it from new. It runs mainly from home to where i work (Reading) so its mainly on the motorway. Of course I am going to say it, but the car is immaculate for the mileage its done. Me and the missus don't smoke, and fortunately the kids haven't spewed or spilt anything inside it, so the interior is like new apart from the wear on the pedals. I'd love to keep it but I've had to get a bigger car for my kids and all the crap that comes with them, but for sure this a temporary setback until we no longer need buggies and the like.
The price may seem low according to some, but I reckon its fair.
I also reckon that whoever comes to view won't be disappointed.
PS. It comes with the original exhaust, which incidentaly has done 200 miles, and a set of roof bars. Of course these are optional. If whoever buys the car doesn't want the exhaust, I'll be offering it for free on this board.
Fuzz,
Cheers for the comment.
I'm inclined to agree it is nice, even if I say so myself.

Sorry Folks forgot to mention.
It has TSL Motorsport Grp N eliptical grooved front discs, from 30K miles and Mintex M1155 from 46K miles. The wheel geometry all round has been changed by TSL to the usual spec. to remove understeer as much as possible.

Yep, wow. What a price. Mine's only a couple of months old and I shelled out a bit over 12 for it (very similar indeed apart from a few more mods, and it's blue). Great value for anyone.
Apart from you being in Edinburgh and me being down south, I'd make an offer on the standard exhaust if the new buyer doesn't want it.
