Progressive rate, lowered springs (full set) done less that 1000 miles. as new.

They fit perfectly on a My99 without requiring anything else and are supposed to compliment the dampers very well, better than OEM ones.

To be honest, i dont know much about them. I took them off a v6 typeR when we were building a rally car, their slightly lowered, and a progressive type spring. Drove the car before, hanlded proper, and not a rough ride. Sorry cant tell you any more!!
