HKS500 Roller Bearing Turbo + HKS Tubular Manifold For Sale
#1
I have a HKS500 Roller Bearing Turbo, and HKS Tubular Manifold For Sale.
The turbo has been only running 1 bar of boost, and has done just over 1,000 miles. It is good for 500bhp, comes on maximum boost at 4k rpm, and can run over 2 bar of boost.
The Tubular Manifold is about 1 year old, and is designed to run alongside the turbo.
Cost of both new - £3,000 + vat
Offers around £1500, on an exchange basis with original turbo and manifold in working order.
Warranty offered on Turbo only.

Not interested myself (well, in buying ) but it there any more info about the turbo? It might help you sell it, as there isn't exactly any info about the thing anywhere... where's the '1 bar' point, for example?
And the headers are good if anyone's reading this - helps the top end a lot, I imagine seriously with this turbo - and they actually largely keep the scoob sound too (doesn't sound like a washing machine like some headers )

I have the HKS headers, and they are superb! The normal burble of the Scooby is kept, and when the headers come in to affect the sound is simply mental! I'm sure some of the people on Saturday at PE can back me up on the sound my car made on full chat!!!

It is better for me to sell them as a pair, as I have had the adapter plate made for the manifold, as the turbo fitment is different.
I bought the HKS Tubular Manifold about 2 months ago for £500 second hand, and I think that was a fair price.

Common tempt me as I'm just down the road, and how quickly do you need to sell them. If I were to buy this I would have to change my phase 1inlet manifold to a 2, to allow fitment of a staight entry turbo.
