What a lovely idea!
I expect this is a bit of a cheeky one to ask the MD, but no one else at Subaru seems to have the same answer!
You could do everyone a big big favour and find out exactly what Subaru's policy is on Warranties after track days, and whether they plan to let their dealers know.
Last time I checked this was a long-running-never-sorted issue, so perhaps something from the horses mouth?
Dunno whay I am asking...mine went out of warranty ages ago?
