I have for sale a STI close ratio gearbox with uprated centre diff and 4.1 crown wheel and pinion. the box has just been rebuilt with new input shaft and second gear cluster. It is the box I used as a spare for my rally car. Open to offers can be supplied with front plated diff

You would need a rear diff but we can do that I have rear 4.1 diffs they are not plated though. I can supply plated rear diffs but they will be new.

I am not sure about the break point on the centre diff they are the ones fitted by prodrive to the group N cars will check and reply.

It depends on whether you are running 4.1 diffs or not. If you are on 4.1 diffs it is a straight swap.

A torque biasing diff would be about £500 + Vat and a plated mechanical diff would be about £1000 + Vat. If you are using your car mainly on the road a plated diff would probably be a bit much as they tend to be a handful and are quite noisy at slow speeds

The gear kit is a rally application ratios with a 4.1.final drive your car will probably be on 4.4 final drive. If you are trying to get a better final drive out of 5th ie drop the revs off on the motorway it is possible to change the 5th gear in you box to help with this problem.

As for the 6 speed box I haven't yet played with one but will try to find out.
