I am hoping to move house and need the space. I had it built because of a an accident I had on the Manx in 2000 but we repaired my GPN car and didn't need the shell.

Cool

Just out of silly interest, how much would it cost to prep a shell like that?

Just saying that I put in a Group N cage in my wagon?

depends on whether its a "bolt-in" or "weld-in" cage and also how good the design / strength of the cage is.
cages start from about £500 for a kit
prices for a prepped shell start at around £3,500 for something to "prodrive" type spec.
rallycolin's shell doesn't seem too badly priced depending on the quality/spec/etc.

rally colin
have you tried selling it on rallyusedparts.co.uk? might be a better target audience.they seem to sell rally bits very quickly and this is the time of yr when rally people think about reshelling.
(man who runs the site is a friend of mine but i have no interest other than helping you)

RALLY COLIN,

Can I pick your brain, I selling my Rally Nova and hoping to rally a scooby instead.

What happens when you fit the Mandatory Resticter to a standard uk turbo.

Does it effect the running? can it retain the standard management system.

I need an answer from someone who hasn't a vested interest in selling me something.

P.S Nice Shell

Just to let you know it is an R&D cage (Custom Cages Daventry) to Prodrive Spec and was from a brand new shell therefore there are no numbers anywhere on the shell I have receipts and if anyone was silly enough to build it out of new parts it could go onto a new reg plate.

This shell cost me over £7500 to get to this spec.
It is ready to start bolting bits into and so a reshell could be acheived in 2/3 weeks.
