As some of you may have seen i nthe wanted section - there is a Prodrive boot spoiler going on. I was going to be supplying the spoilers but we waited till we got mine. Well here it is. It came with no break light though. Apparently you can put one on but i cant be bothered. I just want to see if anyone is interested. Krade came over last night and we put it on his car to see what it would look like and it looks big!
I think i may just go back to my P1 spoiler if i sell this. I paid £208 for this spoiler to import it from the US. If someone gives me the exact money back, then i will sell it as i havent lost anything (except stupid sleep travelling at 4am up to Victoria to get it)! If no one can offer me this price, ill keep it.

i know, i wasnt happy! It looked a really good copy and thats why i didnt want you all to get it just in case something like this happened!
I was lucky to get it in the end. It was a right joke. Meant to come in thursday and basically after phoning loads of people and running about - i finally picked it up from Victoria at 6am on a saturday!

lol at Krade! Its nice isnt it. Ever since we put it on your car and saw how big it is, im in 2 minds for selling it. Obviously no one is interested so i will keep ot for myself for a bit of fun.

Cheers for the pic fundimental. Its slightly different than yours as the edges seem to stick out a bit more and the top part of the spoiler sticks more out as a posed to straight. I know this cause we was looking at fitting the breaklight there and seems to go in. Its hard to describe.
It actually doesnt look to bad without the brake light and thats why im in 2 minds of keeping it and then at meets, i can swop between the P1 and this one! So im greedy...... hee hee

BTT......Watch out they are deleting anything that claims to be not in prodrive interests..........You will sell it though, I can't beleive it aint been sold yet.....Peaople are usually screaming out for these things !?!!?

i saw your post in the wanted section. They cant delete this though. Im not claiming it to be a Prodrive rip off as you can see from mine there is no break light and no prodrive on the side. Apparently you can fit a breaklight but i cant be bothered!

There is a difference between replica and fake. If the guys in the States want to sell a replica spoiler, then great, no one has a problem with that. The point that Prodrive made in the Wanted forum thread was that they were concerned about the unauthorised use of their name and logo - effectively trying to pass items off as Prodrive kit. That is slightly different.

Some people just don't get it do they, if someone selld something thats got someone elses name on it, then it's wrong, especially when theey're seeling it as a bloomin replica, surely it's not too difficult is it???
Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot, and you had spent a long time, and no doubt a fair wedge of cash developing something, and someone started copying it, wouldn't you be a bit peeved???????? or maybe you can't seee that far past your own nose!!!!

There is still the cold hard fact that we don't know if said spoilers are an infringement but thats besides the point as this guy is trying to sell a replica spoiler and people keep hijacking it with their personal comments.

First this HASNT got the Prodrive on the side! So no need to worry!!!!!!
This is different to the STI V cause it hasnt got the base plate, its higher and it sticks out better! I know cause i have a STI V and was comparing it
