Hi
I'm selling a Prodrive 330mm brake kit and a set of 17-inch gold Speedline alloys (complete with Pirelli P Zero tyres).
The brake kit is only 7 months old as are the tyres and the asking price is extremely low compared to buying these new.
With Christmas approaching, why not treat yourself...?

No mate - these came fitted (as an at cost extra) to the car which I bought and imported from Subaru Belgium.
I'd do the same again to be honest - it saved me about five grand compared to the price Subaru UK would have charged for the same spec. This was in August 2000, things may be different now...

Anthony,
The eBay page says that he knows they fit a MY00. I know they fit a MY99, so I guess the answer will be ask a Dealer. You certainly need 17" wheels as a starting point.

The discs are hardly worn - the kit is only 7 month old and has not been driven hard at all (in comparison to some). The pads also seem to have lasted well (again, not driven hard) with some life still in them.
Unfortunately, as the kit is now subject to a bid on eBay I'm going to have to leave them on eBay to sell - if I pulled them now I'd get a bad mark against me. Last time I checked the highest bid was still £500 so they're still "going cheap".
If you're interested you'll need to bid via eBay - sorry about that.

Ozzy is correct in that all I know is that they'll fit a MY00. As he also says they'll also fit a MY99 I wouldn't be surprised if they'd go on a MY95 (with 17-inch wheel) but you'd be well advised to check with a dealer/knowledgeable mechanic just to be sure.

Err why would you get a "Bad Mark" from Ebay? You can just cancel the auction and you wont get any bad feedback or anything.

According to the eBay page, they are 7 months old. I've re-read the page about 4 times and I can't see where it mentions being fitted to his car when he bought it ![Confused](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/confused.gif)
April 2002 is the only other info I can see.

Prodrive 330mm Brake Kit for Subaru Impreza Turbo
Prodrive 330mm Brake Kit. Alcon calipers and 330mm slotted disks. Kit includes pads, two callipers and two rotors.
This kit was fitted to my MY2000 Impreza Turbo in April 2002 so is in excellent condition (being only 7 months old). As well as giving much improved braking by increasing the front disc / pad surface area, they also look amazing – very large callipers inscribed with the “Prodrive” logo.
See the same item at http://www.acekensington.co.uk/subaru/parts/prodriveac.htm, where it is selling at new for £1527.50 ( item SACC2475 PRODRIVE 330MM BRAKE CONVERSION).
I will accept cheque, postal order or electronic funds transfer. I will deliver to anywhere in the UK and delivery costs £20 (the item is extremely heavy for its size). Alternatively local winning bidders may wish to collect. I am located in Bury, Lancs.
Important Notes – Please Read
· The kit definitely fits the MY2000 Impreza Turbo and I am pretty sure it will also happily fit earlier models of the same style car (MY94-MY99). I am not in a position to guarantee this however and would strongly recommend that you speak to your local dealer/garage before placing a bid. This is the official Prodrive/Subaru UK item (mine was fitted by Subaru UK, Cheshire) and so any Subaru dealer should be able to advise on this point.
· This kit will not fit with factory 16" wheels. 17" + wheels are required. If you are interested in upgrading your wheels to 17” Speedlines (in Subaru Gold) complete with 8 month-old Pirelli P Zero 205/45s then please see my eBay auction entitled “17” Speedline Alloys for Subaru Impreza Turbo”.

Sorry - the confusion is my fault for advertising two items in a single post. The wheels were new with the car so they're now two and a quarter years old. The tyres were fitted in March/April this year. The brake kit was fitted in March/April too.
So the wheels are 27 months old, the tyres & brake kit both about 7 months (and around 10,000 miles) old.
Hope this clears it up.

Okay, I might not attract negative feedback but it's still not playing the game - the guy who put the bid in would lose out through no fault of his own.
HOWEVER, I originally put the auction up with a Buy It Now price of £850. If someone wants to offer me that £850 I'll consider pulling the auction and selling them direct. I'll just have to live with the guilt......!!!
While I'm on - how do you ad smilies to a post - the help for "BBS Code Syntax" and "Smilies Enabled" generate an empty pop-up window on my PC.
Also, sorry for the slight delay in replying to these - I had a couple of password problems when I tried logging in from home.

Give me 10 minutes and I'll take a couple of pics of the brake kit and them.
Before I can do that though (as the hyperlink to the code syntax help isn't working), what syntax do I use to include images in a post? Also, are there any restrictions on image size/resolution that I need to be aware of?
Thanks guys...

Is anyone having trouble accessing the pictures of the Prodrive Brake Kit I've posted at www.macksoft.co.uk?
The image files aren't particularly large but with so many it may take a little while for them to appear if you're using a dial up modem connection.
As you can see, the brake kit is in pretty good condition with a reasonable amount of pad still remaining.
I'll give the Speedline wheels I'm selling a good clean this weekend and will stick some photographs of those up too.

Anyone have any idea on what pads are in these kits and the replacement costs? are the DS2500's?
I know the discs are nearly £700 from the Dealer, but you can get replacement discs/bells from 3rd parties for a whole lot less.
My Dealer quoted me £1200+VAT for these fitted, with £200 off that price if I gave him my 4-pots.
So, new price from Dealer should be around the £1200-£1300 mark.
