Thanks for the comments folks, yes it is a cracking car.
If anybody is wondering who I am, as its a new id, I used to post as MIP (green UK MY99, wonder who ended up with it ? T727 xxx), but I can't remember my password, and nobody ever replies to the forgotten password thingy (lost my old email address)
Re at 19K
I'm frankly amazed, the only thing I can think of was that it was a Jap import rather than a UK car. (and older of course)
I am prepared to negotiate, but not that far......

Lovely car and the best colour.
Silver wheel's are a nice touch! On the price front ignore the 19k comment's, we've all seen what cheap Evo's look like!! I should know I looked for one for about 6 month's and came to the conclusion that cheap mean's rough so I purchased a new one.![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
BTT for you mate.
Mac.

couple of comments.
The silver wheels really finish it off, I like the Enkei design, but the white wheels on the blue car looked NAFF. The dealer had them profesionally stripped and refinished in silver for me when I bought the car.
GEZ,
Been to scooby land before
nice cars, but not for me this time.
May think about pulling the for sale and wait for the EVO VIII.

Gez,
Probably true, but as I use the car every day and as its my only car, I don't really have a lot of choice.
Its very difficult to replace an EVO as just about everything else is very dull to drive.
Tried everything else I can think of they may come close.
Don't like anything available right now that fits my needs.

Further to my last post, here is what I have considered / driven
My requirements, fast, fun, 4 seats, apart from that open to anything.
Jag S type R - old mans car
M3 - great engine, naff lifeless steering, overated and overpriced
M5 - great engine, bit big and bulky, didn't grab me
Scoob, I like the new shape due next year, but been there and done that
Mazda RX8 love the looks, bet its going to be too slow, no Torque
Golf R32, looks ok, bit dull looking, but reasonable performance, long waiting list.
MG ZT 385 - still waiting for any details, but looks interesting![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Evo 7, about to be replaced so residuals will drop too fast
Volvo S60r sorry its a volvo, not a chance
Audi S4, hate the chrome and the silver wing mirrors, dull looking car
Evo 8, on the list...
Anybody have any other suggestions ?
