I previously had a 4 door for around 3 years, then changed to a 5 door for numerous practical reasons 6 months ago. Due to a change in circumstances I now want to go back to a 4 door.

So I have a lovely silver MY99 wagon that I want to either sell outright or ideally exchange for a 4 door UK spec turbo of similar mileage and preferably a bit younger. If a cash difference is appropriate on my part then thats not a problem.

Otherwise standard
No engine mods

The car is in extremely good condition....call Robinsons of Rochdale who will vouch for this, and all the cavities have been wax-oiled.

No track days and never revved above 3000 when cold.

Mike....How did you clock up so many miles? was it all motorway?

Do you have many stone chips on the bonnet?

Really pi**ed off cos I spent all day valletting her ready for collection and then got an email from potential buyer to say he cant buy anymore. Ahh well..

Well one last try at selling or swapping her, and failing that I will just keep her....especially now shes had a vallet she looks gorgeous

Hello Denis, I'm the second owner, 1st was a company (hence the
mileage) car is immaculate, does have a couple of stone chips
on the bonnet but not many, has got a very nice stereo and a
fire extinguisher fitted, and also got a momo air ****,
very happy with the car, but a 5 door would be a little bit
more practicle for me, if you want to talk more please
mail me , if not cant blame me for trying ey!

ps mileage is high for year, but if you are planning to keep
it for a while an dont do that much mileage then it will even
itself out in a couple of years, and the servicing is every
7500 miles for a while untill they catch up with eachother.

stratman, don't be put off with the mileage of taffyboyo's scoob. Mine was a company car for first 3 years, big mileage on but properly serviced...mine has 140,000 on M reg, never missed a beat in the 2 years I've had it.
