video projectors are meant to be connected via video recorder, digital decoder sky etc or dvd player as they have no way of receiving a signal so they need to get one from these, connecting a projector to a television will have no use for anything

Now i know it will work with my dvd one last question pre bid how big will the picture go to in terms of width and height ?

daft question it might be but my main reason for being tempted is to use the unit for films etc

i have a sony projector and the projector is 3m away and the screen size is 7ft its absolutely huge but you can reduce the size of image by a zoom of how far the projector is from the screen, i think they can go up to about 15m if youve got the space

Just to correct something said by the other guy before with decent TV's like my old Sony you can set it to output through the output channels of the SCART lead so it is possible to hook up to your TV. There might be little point tho coz u would need your TV on etc

Slinky - I am *VERY* interested as it is just the type of thing I am looking for. Is this still for sale?
Does it have a balance of a warranty remaining?
Where did u purchase it from?
I would like to take a look at it before buying - are u anywhere near London?

[EDITED TO SAY] Just seen you are from Surrey - so am I.
