I've just found this hanging around whilst cleaning up, it came with the car which is a 99 UK Turbo, I replaced the entire sound system shortly after buying the car so this is just gathering dust now, its free to anyone who wants to collect it.
You'll need a cable as I couldnt remove the cable without destroying the car!
